Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Dubai. The Customer Service Supervisor will manage and oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring that team members meet performance standards and deliver customer support efficiently. The role involves resolving customer inquiries effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to enhance overall service quality. The supervisor will also guide and train the customer service team to ensure consistent performance and excellence.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and lead a customer service team
Experience in Customer Service Management and ensuring high organizational standards of service quality
Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving customer inquiries promptly
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and build positive client relationships
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to team management
Experience in the automotive shipping or transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
