handling incoming and outgoing calls

by maintaining excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic and English
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support
Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries clearly
Schedule appointments and send reminders to clients
Meet daily/weekly KPIs and reporting tasks
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
(both spoken and written)
Female candidates only (due to team requirements)
Previous experience in a
call center or telesales
role is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM systems, etc.)
Able to work under pressure and meet targets
