Job Description

We are looking for a

motivated and professional Female Call Center Agent

who is fluent in both

Arabic and English

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

handling incoming and outgoing calls

,

following up with leads

, and

supporting sales and marketing efforts

by maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic and English Follow up with leads and convert them into potential clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries clearly Schedule appointments and send reminders to clients Meet daily/weekly KPIs and reporting tasks

Requirements:



Fluent in Arabic and English

(both spoken and written) Female candidates only (due to team requirements) Previous experience in a

call center or telesales

role is a plus Strong communication and persuasion skills Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM systems, etc.) Able to work under pressure and meet targets
