We are looking for an experienced
Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent
to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will have at least
one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in
Arabic
(English is an advantage)
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, doctors, and procedures
Coordinate with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and reminders
Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies and standards
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a
medical center or healthcare call center
Fluent in
Arabic
(spoken and written); English communication skills preferred
Good knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls
Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment booking systems
Preferred Skills:
Professional telephone etiquette
Team-oriented with a patient-focused attitude
