Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
Meet performance and quality targets
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years' call center/customer service experience
? Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
? Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
? Proficiency in MS Office / CRM
? Own visa (mandatory/preferred)
? Automotive experience is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
