Experience in a call center or similar role with sales background is a must
Fluency in English is required. Arabic language is an advantage.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital , wellness center or call center is a strong advantage.
Possess active listening and comprehension skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems
Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Collaborative and able to work in a team
Commitment to providing prompt and courteous service
Friendly demeanour and proper phone etiquette with every customer.
