Marketing & Customer Support Associate (Full-Time)

We're looking for a friendly, confident Customer Support-first teammate who also helps with light marketing and social media.

What You'll Do (Mainly Customer Support )

Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, feedback, and re-engaging customers.

Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp/messages: answer questions, explain services, and guide customers smoothly.

Help customers book appointments and feel comfortable every step of the way.

Keep records and notes updated so the whole team stays in sync.

Stay positive, kind, and solution-focused - even with tricky situations.

Plus a Fun Marketing Side

Help with Instagram & social media - posting, replying to DMs, engaging with followers.

Support simple content creation (stories, captions, basic visuals, fun ideas).

Share ideas on how we can make our clinic more visible and approachable online.

What You Bring

Experience in customer service (and/or marketing is a bonus).

A plus: You know what is Botox or any Aesthetic Treatment

Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

Comfortable with social media, especially Instagram.

Organized, reliable, and happy to work in a team-oriented, fair, and supportive environment.

If you enjoy talking to people all day, caring for customers, and having fun with social media on the side, we'd love to meet you and pay you minimum 3000 aed plus commission.
