Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails from potential and existing clients.
Provide detailed information about our services: car detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and vinyl wrapping.
Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and confirm bookings.
Maintain a customer database and update appointment schedules.
Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
Must have knowledge of (detailing, PPF, wrapping, Window Tints).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
