Job Summary:
Battmobile is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, coordinate service requests, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in call centers or service roles.
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
Provide accurate information on services, pricing & policies
Coordinate service requests with our dispatch and technical teams
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma (or higher)
Experience in customer service or call centers
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
