Key Responsibilities:




Answer customer inquiries via phone or email Provide product/service information and resolve complaints Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow communication scripts and meet performance targets Escalate complex issues to supervisors

Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent Good command of spoken and written English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience in a similar role is a plus
