Key Responsibilities

:

Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.

Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.

Listen to customers' service requests, inquiries, and concerns.

Provide detailed and accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies.

Offer solutions and options to meet customers' needs effectively.

Evaluate service requests and determine the required service.

Coordinate with the technical team to dispatch technicians to the customer's location.

Ensure that technicians are scheduled efficiently to meet service demands.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.

Record information about dispatched technicians, their schedules, and service completion.

Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

Ensure that service dispatches are carried out promptly and in accordance with company standards.

Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:



This position is based in a call center environment.

Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.
