About the Role:
We are expanding our iGaming operations and seeking
female call center agents
who are energetic, customer-focused, and ready to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to player inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Assist players with account management, payment issues, and game navigation.
Resolve disputes following company policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and escalate issues where necessary.
Work closely with internal departments (Payments, Fraud, CRM teams).
Requirements:
Female candidates only (specific business need related to client preferences)
Strong command of English (additional languages are a big advantage: Spanish, German, Arabic, etc.)
Previous customer service or call center experience (iGaming experience a strong plus)
Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced industry
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Open to working flexible hours, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operations)
