Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with course registration, booking, rescheduling, and inquiries.
Provide accurate information about services, fees, and documentation.
Log all interactions and updates in the system (CRM).
Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Meet KPIs including call quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth customer service.
Manage customer queries via calls, emails, chat, or messaging apps.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
