Job requirements and responsibilities:

1- Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.

2- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

3- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful workloads.

4- Ability to multitask by communicating with customers through various channels.

5- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and answering them promptly.

6- Processing appointments, rescheduling, cancelations, and requests during the interaction.

7- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

8- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

9- Relay customer feedback efficiently to your direct manager for fast action.

10- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

1- A Bachelor's Degree holder is a MUST.

2- A native or fluent (Level B2) English speaker is a MUST.

3- A native Arabic speaker is a MUST.

4- At least 2 years of experience working in Call Centers or BPO is a MUST.

5- Reliably commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is a MUST.
