Key Responsibilities.
Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Log maintenance/service requests accurately in the system.
Provide information to tenants, staff, and vendors as needed.
Follow up on customer queries and complaints until resolution.
Maintain call records and prepare daily call reports.
Receive and track maintenance and service requests from staff and tenants.
Coordinate with internal maintenance team and external service providers.
Schedule and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
Conduct routine follow-ups with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of facility supplies and coordinate procurement.
Support the administrative team with facility-related documentation.
