Call Centre Agent
to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong call center experience and exceptional customer-handling skills, capable of representing our brand with clarity, confidence, and precision.Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism Deliver clear and accurate information to clients regarding properties and services Coordinate appointments and support client inquiries with efficiency Maintain organized and up-to-date CRM records Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience Handle escalations discreetly and in line with company standards
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of proven call center experience (mandatory) Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong attention to detail and a polished, service-oriented approach Must be currently based in the UAE
