Call Center executive:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
Provide accurate information regarding dental services, appointments, and inquiries.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up on missed or pending appointments to meet the daily target set by managment.
Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a call center or customer service role, with experience in the healthcare or dental sector.
Languages:
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
