Call Center Agent
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about company projects, properties, and services.
Generate and qualify leads through calls and inquiries.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Resolve client inquiries, complaints, or direct them to the right department.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills in
English
(Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset.
UAE experience is a must
