Key Responsibilities:

calls and provide clients with real estate information.

calls to follow up on leads and potential customers.
? Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team.
? Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
? Answer client questions about properties, pricing, and available offers.
? Support the sales and marketing teams in generating potential leads.
? Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
? Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role (real estate experience is a plus).

Languages:
Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory).

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to convince potential clients and book appointments.
