Your Role Will Include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information
Coordinating with agents and departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining clear records and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
Presentable, organized, and reliable
