Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing information about property listings and services, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining customer records. The representative will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with property management and real estate industry

Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or customer service are advantageous
