We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Cake & Pastry Chef

to join our Karama branch. You will be responsible for preparing daily orders, including cream cakes (mini and customized), cupcakes, cookies, pies, and other bakery items, while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, cupcakes, etc., following both traditional and modern recipes. Confidently copy and execute given recipes to maintain consistency in taste and presentation. Ability to draw on cakes and write in

both Arabic and English

. Create new and exciting desserts to refresh our menu and engage customer interest. Maintain working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (e.g., gluten-free, sugar-free). Prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen. Apply confident culinary techniques and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders, meeting deadlines during peak hours. Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations. Adapt to changes in menu, recipes, or customer requests with flexibility. Work under pressure while maintaining product quality. Be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times. Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards strictly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a pastry chef, baker, or relevant role. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products. Ability to work in a team and take instructions well. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. Flexibility to adapt to new recipes and kitchen changes quickly. Hardworking, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
