Hola is looking for a passionate and talented

Cake Decorator & Pastry Product Development Chef

to join our healthy dessert kitchen in Dubai. In this exciting dual role, you will be responsible for both beautifully decorating cakes and pastries, and developing new, innovative desserts--all using sugar-free and gluten-free ingredients. If you have a creative eye, a love for healthy baking, and strong skills in modern decoration (chocolate and fondant work are a plus), we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries to a high visual and taste standard using sugar-free and gluten-free ingredients. Develop, test, and refine new recipes for cakes, pastries, and other desserts that are both attractive and delicious. Stay up-to-date on trends in healthy, "free-from," and innovative dessert concepts. Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and presentation across all dessert products. Document recipes and processes for production scaling and quality control. Train and collaborate with the bakery team on new recipes and decorating techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and HACCP standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in cake decorating and/or pastry product development. Proven hands-on experience working with sugar-free and gluten-free baking and decorating. Advanced decorating skills, including piping, fondant, chocolate work, and modern finishes. Creativity and a strong portfolio of attractive cakes and healthy dessert creations. Strong knowledge of alternative flours, sweeteners, and baking with "free-from" ingredients. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team. Chocolate making and fondant work are a strong plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
