Operate and manage the CAFM system (e.g., ARCHIBUS, IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, Maximo) to track maintenance activities, assets, and work orders
Create, assign, and close work orders for maintenance and repair requests
Update and maintain asset registers, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment histories
Generate reports on work order status, asset performance, and maintenance costs for management review
Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors through the CAFM platform
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely entry into the CAFM system
Assist in system audits, upgrades, and user training
Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards through CAFM data monitoring
Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing
Maintain confidentiality and security of CAFM data and systems
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience working with CAFM or CMMS systems in the UAE or GCC
Strong knowledge of CAFM software such as ARCHIBUS, IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, Maximo, or similar platforms
Good understanding of facilities management processes, preventive maintenance, and asset management
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic database management
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
