Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee the launch and daily operations of our new cafeteria in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in managing cafeteria operations, including inventory management, order handling, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and maintaining quality standards. Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies. Train, supervise, and motivate cafeteria staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Develop and implement strategies to maximize cafeteria profitability. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional activities and special events.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cafeteria Manager or similar role in the food service industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
