About the Role:

UB Restaurant, located in DIFC, is looking for a skilled and experienced

Restaurant/Cafeteria Manager

to lead its daily operations. The restaurant offers a variety of regional and international dishes and aims to deliver excellent food and service quality to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/cafeteria Lead, train, and supervise the service team Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and general operations Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow Support marketing efforts and assist with promotions

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant or cafeteria manager in the UAE Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of food safety regulations in the UAE Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a fast-paced environment Experience working in multi-cuisine restaurant operations is a plus Candidates with a valid UAE visa may apply Company will provide visa and medical insurance if required
