Job Description

We are looking for a professional Cafe Manager to be responsible for managing our cafe and restaurant operation and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement Main Responsibilities Complete all works and arrangement regarding opening the cafe Ensure to achieve sales and profit targets set by the management Manage the day-to-day activities of the store. Ensure all staff is following standard operating procedures. Generate daily sales report Follow daily and weekly sales trends closely. Present analysis of monthly sales report at monthly management meeting. Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with account manager; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service. Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills ability to work long hours Able to oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment. Maintains own working area, materials and company property clean, tidy and in good shape Excellent customer service skills also monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons. Conduct the inventory and par stock as per the management policy. Assist the kitchen and restaurant operations according to the requirements. Build brand recognition and awareness through marketing campaign and in-store promotions Performs other related duties as assigned by the management.
