We are looking for a skilled
CAD Pattern Maker
to join our growing fashion team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and hands-on industry experience, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities
? Digital Pattern Creation
Develop accurate initial patterns from sketches or manual patterns
Create digital patterns based on customer sizing using CAD software
? Grading & Marker Making
Prepare graded size sets
Generate efficient markers to optimize fabric usage and reduce waste
? Fit Adjustment
Participate in fit sessions
Analyze feedback and revise patterns to meet design and fit standards
? Technical Documentation
Maintain well-organized digital pattern libraries
Update and manage technical specifications for production
? Collaboration
Work closely with designers, pattern masters, and production teams
Resolve construction and fit-related issues efficiently
Required Qualifications & Skills
? Fashion industry background
? Gerber software knowledge is a must
? Experience with industry-standard software such as Lectra, Gemini, Optitex, or TUKAcad
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and grading
? Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience
