We're looking for a Product Developer & Pattern Maker who brings deep technical expertise and a passion for premium leather craftsmanship to drive the creation of exceptional goods. This is your chance to shape products from concept to completion in a world-class atelier environment. What You'll Do: Create full technical specifications: tech packs, BOMs, construction guidelines. Draft physical and digital leather goods patterns (hand-drafted and CAD). Manage prototyping processes and revise patterns based on testing feedback. Source appropriate materials, hardware, and components based on product design. Maintain a technical archive of all product specifications and approved patterns. Support production teams during pilot runs and first orders. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in product development and pattern making within luxury leather goods. Mastery of leather construction techniques, materials, and design-to-production workflows. Proficiency in CAD and manual pattern drafting tools. A solution-driven mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and manufacturing practicality. Fluent English and strong cross-functional communication skills.
