Job Title: Pattern Maker/Cutting Master - Women's Formal Wear

We're seeking a skilled Pattern Maker/Cutting Master to join our team in creating stunning women's formal wear. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient patterns, grading, and marker making for our formal wear collections. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in pattern making and cutting for women's formal wear

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Gerber, AI etc.

- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and textile science

- Excellent pattern making, grading, and marker making skills

- Ability to work with a range of fabrics, including delicate and luxurious materials

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of industry-standard software and equipment

Responsibilities:

- Create accurate and efficient patterns for women's formal wear collections

- Grade patterns to various sizes and create markers for production

- Collaborate with design team to ensure design intent is maintained in production

- Work with production team to ensure accurate and efficient cutting of fabrics

- Maintain high level of quality control and attention to detail
