Position Overview
The CAD Operator Construction Supervision As Built Works role at Parsons Corporation in Abu Dhabi supports the construction supervision team by producing, verifying, and coordinating accurate as-built drawings for major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain as-built drawings based on approved shop drawings, red-line markups, site records, and survey information
• Verify contractor-submitted as-built drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved construction records
• Incorporate approved field changes, variations, and engineer instructions into final as-built documentation
• Produce and update CAD drawings for infrastructure works including roads, bridges, tunnels, marine works, and utilities
• Coordinate with discipline engineers and site supervision teams to resolve discrepancies in drawings and site records
• Ensure drawings comply with project CAD standards, authority requirements, and Parsons drafting standards
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and document control systems
• Support preparation of handover and close-out documentation, including final as-built submissions to the client and authorities

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on infrastructure construction projects, preferably in a construction supervision or PMC environment
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proven experience in as-built drawing production and verification for infrastructure works
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, red-line markups, and survey data
• Solid understanding of roads, bridges, tunnels, marine works, and utility infrastructure
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing packages under tight deadlines
