We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
CAD Draughtsman
with a strong background in
interior fit-out and joinery works
to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings for high-end interior and custom-made joinery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works.
Develop shop drawings, detailed joinery components, cutting lists, and material specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, production teams, and site engineers to ensure technical accuracy and practicality.
Revise drawings based on site conditions or client/consultant feedback.
Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.
Maintain organized records of all revisions and as-built drawings.
Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in
interior fit-out and joinery drafting
within the UAE.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of joinery materials, detailing, and production techniques.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications, tender drawings, and shop drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
