Job Summary
Besomi Electronics is seeking a skilled
Cable Assembly Specialist
to assemble, test, and inspect electrical and electronic cable harnesses. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and hands-on experience to ensure high-quality assemblies that meet production and customer standards.Key Responsibilities
Assemble cable harnesses, wire looms, and connectors according to drawings and work instructions. Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, labeling, and testing. Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. Maintain production records and adhere to safety & ESD procedures. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or technical certificate in Electronics, Electrical. 2-5 years of experience in cable/harness assembly. Skilled in soldering, crimping, and working with various connectors. Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly standards.
Preferred:
Experience in aerospace, robotics, defense, or industrial electronics. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
