The Automotive Mechanical Technician is responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicle components accurately and efficiently. The role requires a solid understanding of automotive systems, mechanical precision, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and correctly disassemble vehicle parts including bumpers, doors, headlights, mirrors, interior panels, and other components.
Reassemble all parts after paint protection, wrapping, or repair work while maintaining factory fit and alignment.
Inspect vehicle components before and after disassembly to ensure integrity and functionality.
Coordinate with other teams (PPF, paint, detailing, upholstery, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all company policies, quality control procedures, and safety standards.
Report any issues or technical observations directly to the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive mechanical or bodywork field.
Strong knowledge of disassembly and reassembly for various car types (SUVs, Sedans, Luxury Vehicles).
Skilled in using mechanical and pneumatic tools.
High attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and vehicle safety.
UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
