A successful Buying Roles candidate should have:
- A strong background in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in the specific category
- Proven expertise in procurement and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for inventory and data analysis.
