BASIC INFORMATION
Position Title Buying Coordinator
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Job Holder will be responsible for doing the data entry of all documents as required by the various module in an
accurate and timely manner. To assist the Buyer in other routine activities like communication with the suppliers to get
the required data for buying trip / fair file and getting Proforma invoices, etc.
DO \xe2\x80\x94 Key Responsibilities
1.
  • Generating stock reports of all the territories for reorders /highlighting fast selling products / mention sold
percentage on the photographs.
  • Distribution of order placed.
  • Check Proforma invoices against orders placed and prepare internal memo.
  • Preparing sales reports and attaching photographs and formatting in standard report for buying trip.
  • Preparing new order worksheet.
  • Maintenance of catalogues / photographs / files hard copy / scanned copy.
  • Redistribution from LSW.
  • To coordinate with all the buyers on regular basis updating them the statuses of the entries made and also
takes care of complete documentation.
  • To provide necessary data for all the queries from territories regarding style numbers, price, data, etc on any
short / excess supply done to them.
2. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do the data entry required in the Concept in an efficient manner, with speed and accuracy.
  • To also coordinate between the various staff and provide necessary support by providing timely data
