Key Responsibility
Work within the allocated budget for toy business (sell thru & margins).
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the best deals.
Stay informed about market trends, emerging toy trends, and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports to management on purchasing activities and market trends.
Oversee the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Identify and engage with Toys Factory/Manufacturer to source high-quality toys that align with our brand's standards and customer preferences.
Requirements
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of Two years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the Toy Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in English
