Bachelor or master degree in supply chain/ procurement.

Intense negotiation experience on terms and conditions.
Candidate must have exp in Global Sourcing / Procurement.
Knowledge of the market, suppliers and cost drivers.
Familiar with bid process, included but not limited to pre-qua, compile RFP documents, bid open, organize clarification meeting, support evaluation. UAE Driving License. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manage the timely and cost-effective procurement of capital materials and services and requisite contracts and agreements to support Cargills project/production activities.
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities for all related.
- Responsible for relationship management for more significant local suppliers; with oversight, may develop and leverage existing local supplier partnerships.
- Contacts supplier and takes actions to research variances with supplier contract terms and conditions (systemic quality or service problems, etc.
- Perform spend analysis to identify the sourcing opportunities and needs.
- Cope with the pressure of having to make important decisions and meet tight deadlines.
- To work within the category, region or function team to determine the appropriate approach to market, the optimum commercial models and supplier relationships for a product/service or element of a category.
- To negotiate appropriate commercial and contractual arrangements along with category lead with suppliers and for all products and services in their control, including loading information onto appropriate systems.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to network and influence people.
