Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience throughout the stay
• Provide personalized assistance including unpacking and packing, laundry, pressing, and wardrobe management when requested
• Coordinate special arrangements such as spa appointments, dining reservations, excursions, and in-suite experiences
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences through observation and prior communication
• Maintain strict privacy, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
• Deliver turndown services, conduct room inspections, and ensure suites remain immaculate and well presented
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure prompt and seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preference records for future visits
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and other teams to deliver personalized experiences
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism, including gender-specific considerations when required

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a butler, concierge, or luxury guest services role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored service
• Calm, composed approach in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
