Job Overview
As a Butler at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, you will be responsible for creating extraordinary guest experiences through intuitive service, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless delivery of personalized requests. This role demands emotional intelligence, poise, and a proactive approach to exceed luxury hospitality standards.
What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, escort them to suites, and manage check-in with discretion and professionalism
• Anticipate guest preferences, arrange bespoke services, and handle special requests with care and efficiency
• Deliver discreet food and beverage service, aligned with the standards of a world-renowned luxury destination
• Handle administrative duties such as guest registration, cashiering, and itinerary management using Opera PMS
• Address guest concerns promptly using effective problem-solving and escalation protocols
• Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, spa, and external services to ensure seamless execution of all requests

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in butler services or front-of-house roles within a 5-star luxury hospitality environment
• Background in F&B is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or a European language is highly desirable
• Familiar with Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, Microsoft Office, and Sevenrooms
• Refined interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and guest-centric mindset
