Analyse and assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.Employ best practices and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks to achieve operational excellence.Conduct comprehensive business analysis, utilising tools like CBAP, to uncover insights and inform strategic decision-making.Develop and implement operating models that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, guiding the organisation towards excellence in every aspect of operations.

Profile
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience in business process re-engineering, process improvement, and organisational transformation within the real estate sector.Proven expertise in utilising methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to achieve tangible results.Strong background in business analysis with CBAP certification is an advantage.A track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale transformation projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.Must be based in the UAE.
