• Extensive experience in business process re-engineering, process improvement, and organisational transformation within the real estate sector.
• Proven expertise in utilising methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to achieve tangible results.
• Strong background in business analysis with CBAP certification is an advantage.
• A track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Must be based in the UAE.
