Job Details
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, PR, communication or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on learning technology and instructional design.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks and conducting TNAs.
- Strong background in sales training and onboarding programs.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills a must
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
