The Solution Architect (Consulting) is responsible for leading the overall business value and delivering an IFS solution fit for the customer. Key to this is gaining buy-in from both the Customer and the IFS teams. The Solution Architect enjoys the challenge of creating and communicating well thought through practical solutions that form the basis for successful implementations/transformations and ultimately lead to highly referenceable customers.
The Solution Architect - is responsible for leading all aspects of the solution, working closely with the IFS implementation team, as well as using their industry and implementation experience to advise and guide the customer project team.
For this role the focus is on Service Management customers and solutions, including field service management on mobile devices, optimization and scheduling of services, resource management etc.
