We're Hiring: Business Setup Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time | 2-3 Years Experience
Salary: AED 9,000 - 12,000
We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Manager to manage Mainland and Free Zone company formations. The role includes advising clients on jurisdictions, license types, and structures, handling complete setup processes, coordinating with authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.), guiding on documentation, visas and bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on jurisdiction, license type, and legal structure
Manage end-to-end company formation across Mainland and Free Zones
Liaise with government and free zone authorities
Guide clients on documentation, visa processing, and bank account setup
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and timelines
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven UAE company setup experience (Mainland and Free Zone)
Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and free zone operations
Excellent client advisory and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and document handling
