Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Manager to oversee company formation processes across both Mainland and Free Zones in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in advising clients on jurisdictions, license types, and legal structures while managing the end-to-end setup process with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete company formation processes across Mainland and Free Zones in the UAE. Advise clients on business structures, jurisdictions, and licensing options tailored to their requirements. Liaise with Free Zone authorities (DMCC, DAFZA, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.) for license issuance, renewals, and compliance. Handle Mainland company setup with DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and other government entities. Guide clients on documentation for licenses, visas, and bank account opening. Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and policy changes to ensure compliance. Provide consultative support, updates, and maintain strong client communication. Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely execution of client projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in UAE Mainland & Free Zone company formation. Strong knowledge of Free Zone authorities and Mainland government processes. Excellent advisory, communication, and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document handling.
