Manage end-to-end company formation (Mainland & Free Zones - DMCC, DAFZA, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.)
Advise clients on jurisdictions, license types, and legal structures
Liaise with Free Zone & Mainland authorities (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration)
Handle trade licenses, visas, and bank account opening support
Ensure compliance with UAE business setup regulations
Maintain excellent client engagement and regular project updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on UAE business setup experience (Mainland & Free Zone).
Strong knowledge of UAE legal structures, licensing, and compliance.
Excellent consultative and client communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation handling.
Currently based in UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
