Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Business Setup Manager

to lead and manage our team of consultants. The role involves overseeing business setup operations, ensuring high-quality client service, driving team performance, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants. Set team targets, monitor performance, and ensure KPIs are met. Oversee business setup projects for Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore companies. Ensure smooth coordination for corporate bank accounts, PRO services, and government approvals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, free zones, and banks. Keep the team updated on UAE business laws, licensing rules, and compliance requirements. Support business development and assist consultants in converting leads into clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Proven experience managing a team in corporate business setup or consultancy in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Mainland and Freezone company formation processes. Familiarity with corporate bank account procedures and PRO services. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Target-driven, organized, and able to motivate a team effectively.
