We are looking for a Business Setup Executive with minimum 2 years of UAE experience in handling Mainland (DED) and Freezone company formation and license work. The candidate must be able to understand customer business requirements, suggest suitable license types/activities, and prepare quotations.
Responsibilities:
Handle business setup processes in Dubai Mainland (DED) and various Freezones.
Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable license, activity, company structure.
Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
Process Trade Name, Initial Approval, MOA, Add/Remove Partner, Modify License, etc.
Communicate with customers professionally through phone and WhatsApp.
Keep proper documentation and follow up on ongoing client files.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Company Formation / License Work (Mainland & Freezone)
Good understanding of DED & Freezone activities and procedures
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Must)
Confident in customer handling & sales discussions
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Word, WhatsApp)
Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
