About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to join our Dubai-based fashion brand. The role combines accounting support, sales follow-up, and client coordination, with opportunities to travel to India and other countries as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1.? ?Reconcile sales invoices, vendor payments, petty cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
2.? ?Assist with ledger entries, expense tracking, and monthly reporting.
3.? ?Track leads, update CRM, and ensure timely client follow-ups.
4.? ?Maintain records of all client orders, coordinate fittings, deliveries, and alterations.
5.? ?Work with production teams in India to monitor timelines and ensure orders stay on track.
6.? ?Create sales invoices, track payments, and maintain client databases.
7.? ?Take responsibility for inventory and support exhibitions, photoshoots, and marketing projects.
Requirements:
o? ?Fluent in Hindi
o? ?Experience in administration, accounting, or sales coordination.
o? ?Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o? ?Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
o? ?Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
o? ?Willingness to travel internationally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
