We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client inquiries, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients looking to start or expand their business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to leads and inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with sales consultants to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client visits.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Ensure all required documents from clients are collected and verified accurately.
Liaise with PROs, legal teams, and government authorities when needed.
Track leads from initiation to closure, and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow up with clients for pending payments or documents.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar sales coordination role (preferably in the business setup or consulting industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
Knowledge of UAE company formation processes is an advantage.
